Statement of Purpose Casey Cardinia Pride Inc. will provide Inclusion, visibility and education to the LGBTIQA+ community in Casey and Cardinia and surrounding areas. Our goals: - [ ] Break down the barriers to inclusion through visibility and education - [ ] Engage with the wider community in a positive way to encourage participation and inclusion - [ ] Create safe spaces to provide LGBTIQA+ people with socialisation and inclusion Visibility - Supporing events. - Engaging with other groups. Both LGBTIQA+ and otherwise. Advocacy - Running projects that empower the LGBTIQA+ community - Auspicing Grants for unincorporated groups (on a case by case basis). Education - Provide accurate resources/information. Events - Run events to bring the LGBTIQA+ community together - Operating Locally, Focusing on Casey-Cardinia and Surrounds.
